Making a booking

Choose the dates for your holiday by visiting the availability page of this website. Booking enquiries may be made by telephone, by email or via the Net Loft website. Please see the contact section for details.

We will then contact you to confirm availability and send out our reservation form along with information about booking conditions and how to make your initial payment.

Payment

A deposit of 25% of the total price will be required at time of booking and the remainder 8 weeks before the start of occupancy. Receipt of the deposit will confirm the booking.

If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before the letting is due to start, then full payment is required to confirm the booking.

The following payment methods may be used:-

• Cheque. If you pay by cheque, we will hold your booking for a week which should be sufficient time for your cheque to arrive. After that time the provisional booking will be released.

• Directly into our bank account (details given upon request after receipt of booking form) at a local branch or via Internet banking.

• Online with a credit / debit card. Please let us know if you would like to pay online an we will set up a payment for you.

Please note: that due to charges by our online payment service provider, each credit / debit card transaction carries a charge of 4.5%

Booking Confirmation

We will contact you when your first payment has been received. Receipt of payment will confirm the booking.

Final Details

Final details about your stay such as how to obtain the key, the name and phone number of your contact for your stay and how to find The Net Loft will be sent out to you via post and email approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date.

Late Booking

Provided there is availability, a booking can be accepted as soon as full payment has been received.

Car Parking

Parking is available in the harbour car parks and a large car park just before entering the village. All are within 2-3 minutes walk from The Net Loft and cost £2 per day. Parking is not normally a problem outside peak season.

Pets

A well behaved pet is welcome in The Net Loft.

Access

Due to steps and stairs, The Net Loft is not accessible for wheelchair users, and unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

Further Information

• Prices include all electricity, heating, bed linen, towels etc.

• The Net Loft is fully furnished.

• The Net Loft has a travel cot

• The Net Loft has a sofa bed that can sleep two extra people

• The Net Loft is a no smoking area.
